ReStore Ramblings

Nothing brightens up a room like a framed print or a decorative piece of pottery.   Did you know that the ReStore has a great array of beautiful framed pictures and table-top art, with new pieces coming in every day?   Sculpture, pottery, vases, it’s all here.

Let me tell you about some of my favorites:  a brass vase filled with cheerful silk mums; a raucous Henri Thiriet lithograph titled “Absinthe Berthelot;” a brand new staccato contemporary statue of a military officer, marked $220 retail, ReStore price $29; a brand new hand forged iron statue of a primitive horned animal, $297.50 retail, ReStore price $46.90.  Then there’s the really cool and unusual, mouth-blown glass and hand-made clay pot designed by Billy Moon.  This brand new piece won the 1992 Decorative Accessory Arts Award and it’s ReStore priced at $29.90.  We’ve also got an artist signed ABO Salamander gourd;   a very unusual silversnake covered, felt lined box perfect for your TV clicker collection; a framed botanical composite and an artist-signed 3-d framed sea grass.

Oh and don’t forget to check out the wonderful variety of framed mirrors in all sizes and shapes.   So stop procrastinating and beautify your living spaces.  Restore prices for framed art start as low as $5!

Habi-titus.  It’s like this bad rash…I just can’t shake it!!
